Naiad were great communicators and timely on their arrival at my property. Their app let me know exactly when the technician would arrive. They started my system and offered advice and actual pictures of all the repairs they were recommending. I was actually able to see the damage myself before approving the estimate. They also started the repairs right then and stayed until everything was finished. The tech, Josaphat, also offered me a couple different repair options and was conservative in his approach. He said if the options I chose didn’t totally resolve my concerns then they would gladly come back. A couple weeks later I asked Naiad to send the tech back to follow-up on a couple things and they were very quick and accommodating in having the tech scheduled to return. Josaphat came back and again was excellent with his communication, friendliness and responsiveness to my requests. He efficiently and quickly made the repairs and sent me detailed copies of the receipts. Try Naiad for your system and ask for Josaphat. He was awesome.

Naiad technicians worked quickly to address the aging hardware, even in truly difficult areas of the property. They understand the demands of crop cultivation for growing food as well as more ornate / delicate watering needs. Our favorite part is the wifi irrigation controller that they installed we can operate with an app! Even though it’s an app, the technicians worked with us to make sure everything was working perfectly… It even alerted us when it seemed like water usage was too high indicating a leak in our old system. This saved us thousands in repairs! Thanks Naiad! You’re like family now and we’re delighted with the service.

They have annual underground sprinkler maintenance packages that are a ‘set it and forget it’ solution for us. The fall blowout is done automatically every year so we do not need to worry about contacting them to book it. Speaking of booking…a lot of their irrigation services can be booked online saving us time. Thanks Naiad Irrigation!

Despite initially expecting a 2 to 3-day job, they were 95% done after just one day and completely finished by 10am the next morning. I opted for the full package with an automatic fertilizer system and rain sensor, all controllable and customizable through an app. Though I didn’t get much time to fully utilize it before winterizing, my lawn was noticeably greener in just three weeks. Based on my brief but impressive experience, I highly recommend both irrigation systems and Naiad for their exceptional service.
