Going that extra mile with that service gives you assurance of who is coming. We recently had “Matthew” as our technician and he was absolutely amazing and made our service call that much better. I would never consider using anyone else in the Irrigation industry. They alway’s leave our place so clean, it looks as if they were never there. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable – he worked quickly without making the experience feel rushed, and answered all my questions along the way. He made a number of repairs, starting with the highest priority first and kept me up to date with revised cost estimates along the way. I have since booked additional Naiad services, like winter blow-out, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

He worked very hard, in the hot sun, for many hours. He would have a fix ready with all the parts he would require.

He was very knowledgeable and had a solution to every challenge he encountered; with our twenty year old system and 15 years of trees, there were many challenges.

When he had the hard work done and the system check had started he was tired, but he made certain that my owners were happy with how each zone was performing.

He finished the day with some loving pats for me and a cheerful assurance of his work and the products installed.

Thank you J. and Naiad. These irrigation system fixes will have my doggy spots vanish in no time.
