I had Finn come out and make lots of changes to my original system....Read More He was exceptional in both his ability, knowledge, and then he spent time with me explaining the new system. We added a few more things as we went along, and Finn happily stayed longer in fact overtime to complete the changes and he didn’t leave until he had checked all systems were working. I was very happy with the service that he provided for me today.

Scott immediately set to work on our agreed upon scope of work. He and his colleague Jordan worked into the evening hours and Scott was back first thing this morning to complete the job. Scott explained everything up front and was very diligent in ensuring everything was perfect before he finished up. To top it all off, Scott completed all the work and presented an invoice that was $1000 less than originally quoted. I couldn’t be happier and can strongly recommend Scott and Naiad Irrigation.

All aspects of the system were checked, two sprinklers were giving me trouble and Robert took them apart, cleaned them so they worked as before. They are professional, hard working, and always with a smile but mostly just know what the hell to do and fix the problems right the first time.

Just enjoyed Miguel Monroy for my spring activation. Miguel identified some issues that needed correction. Boom no problem, friendly, professional, and a job done with pride. Can’t recommend these irrigation professionals enough. The story continues with my enjoyment with the Naiad Irrigation Professionals.

I use Niaid to service a very important client’s property. Josaphat, Spencer, Scott and Miguel came out to do the spring start up at a...Read More a property with approximately 40 zones. They were extremely thorough. They fixed all problems they came across including digging up and adjusting 38 heads that had sunk and tilted over time. They also installed a hose bib attached to the main line of the irrigation to make water accessible in a remote area. They were careful to inspect all irrigation boxes, assess the valves, run the system from the control panel, test every circuit in use from the control panel and assess and adjust the spray coverage of the entire property. Niaid is not cheap but if you want extremely comprehensive service this is the company for you. Other companies I have used do not circuit test, and do not check the actual functioning of every head on the property. Niaid will provide you with a report including pictures of everything they checked. You will get your money’s worth and your system will work as effectively as it can. In my experience they fix problems during the start up and you won’t need them again until winterization because everything works for the whole summer as it should.
